I’m Garrett Volk, owner of Neita Mover. Every apartment job carries blankets, dollies, and shrink-wrap in the rate, plus up to $1,000,000 in cargo coverage per shipment. The COI is free — we’ve never billed for one.
Butler and IUPUI turnover
Broad Ripple, SoBro, and the Butler-Tarkington blocks around Butler University churn hard every semester, and the IUPUI student housing downtown turns over right alongside it. My apartment-tower specialist Tyrell Beemon runs that calendar and knows which complexes only allow trucks at a specific gate and which cap the elevator to twenty-minute windows.
Winter walk-ups and same-rate weekends
A third-floor walk-up in January means icy exterior stairs, so our crew carries traction mats and ice-melt straight through February.
